The Dodge Ram 3500employs a 9/16"-18 lug nut thread to secure the wheels to the frame of the truck. The 3500 prior to 2019 is equipped with a lug nut pattern of 8 X165 mm and this means it useS8 nuts to secure a wheel with an inner bore diameter of 165 mm. After 2019 this pattern became 8 X200 mm. While two trucks may share the same bolt pattern, the width and the shape of the bolts might vary and prohibit interchanging rims.
