The Land Rover dynamic response fluid is just Land Rover's internal name for the power steering fluid that is in the vehicle. This is stored in the power steering reservoir but it may have a cap on it that says dynamic response fluid. The fluid is ACE power steering fluid and is designed to be replaced. Usually there will be some in a dynamic response kit at the back of the vehicle. This is to be used in the event of an emergency where You have a power steering leak from the vehicle. Dynamic response fluid is a unique name used by Land Rover and it makes it confusing in some ways to understand really what the product is unless You look it up!
