The Honda Civic does not have a fuel cut off switch in the vehicle, but there is a reset button that can be found under the passenger side of the dash. The Civic uses an inertia switch and if it detects that there was an accident this switch will turn off the fuel pump automatically so that it does not cause a fire. If Your inertia switch trips accidentally then there is a button in the passenger's footwell that You will need to press to reset it and allow the vehicle to run again. If You are having problems with Your fuel pump then You can also check the relay and change it out in the engine compartment and that can reset the system as well.

The fuel cutoff switch, also known as the inertia switch on the Honda Civic is in the toe-board, to the right of the transmission hump, in the passenger-side footwell.

Most Honda cars have the reset switch behind the glovebox. Open the glovebox, push the sides in to open it all the way. The button should be on either side depending on the model. Older ines have it under the steering column
