The 2013 Hyundai Elantra GT will need to use a 28 inch driver's side blade and a 14 inch passenger's side blade. This year did not have a rear wiper blade but they did add one on more recent models. A new pair of wiper blades will cost You somewhere between $20 and $45 but it is recommended to buy ones that are towards the higher end of this range as the cheap ones will need to be replaced more often. In general You should only have to change out Your wiper blades between every 1 and 3 years depending on how much usage they get.

This answer is incorrect, I own a 2013 hyundai elantra gt and it most definitely has a rear wiper.
