According to the manufacturer “0w-20”weight Synthetic motor oil is the only prescribed oil to be used by the Infinity Q50 3.0L engine. Anything else will void the warranty.

The 2020 Infiniti Q50 uses SAE 0W-20 full synthetic motor oil. My top two favorite motor oil brands are Mobil 1 and Valvoline.
