What's the infiniti qx60 lug nut size?

The INFINITIQ60 uses a lug nut with a 22 millimeter hex head size. The threads are x*x. The Q60 haS5 lug nuts on each tire and the hub has A5x114.3 wheel bolt pattern. When replacing or installing new lug nuts, make sure the tapered end is facing towards the wheel. There have been people in the past who have installed them backwards which damage the rim which caused the tired to wobble, worse at higher speeds. It could cause the wheel stud to break and eventually caused the tire to fall off the vehicle. This could lead to a serious accident and potential death.
