The Kia Forte has an obd port that can be found in the area beneath the dashboard of the interior of Your vehicle. To find it, You will have to first go to the driver's side of Your car, and take a seat inside. Next, take a look at the area that is nearest to the steering column's left side, in the lower portion of the footwell. If the port has a blown fuse, it can be replaced for $20 to $50, on average. If the wires appear to be bad, check for a loose connection, or replace them for $20 to $40.

I have a 2019 Kia Forte S and my port ended up being Directly Underneath that side panel thing on the bottom left of the steering wheel that everyone tells you it's Inside.
