The Mazda3 lug nut size is thread size: m12 X1.50, hex size: 19 mm, and an overall length of 0.552''. Making sure Your tires are in the greatest of condition is key to not crashing. You will come into issues with this part at some time or another. Premature tire wear is something You could face. You could run into feathering issues. You could face cupping problems. Make sure to check the tire pressure once a month. Check for holes, in case You run over a nail. The part may become loose at some point. This part will need to be replaced eventually. You should change Your tires every 30,000 to 50,000 miles or so. You don't want to get into any wrecks on the road.

Both are correct. I'm sure Mazda did it in more than just the North American market. For roughly the 2019-2020 model years Mazda switched from a 21mm head down to a 19mm head back to a 21mm head. I used to work at a dealership in the gulf coast region and we ran into some fun with the different head sizes. I think we even had to switch some out because Mazda included the wrong wrench or because the cone holding on to the wheel wasn't enough? I don't remember past it being an annoyance. My 2019 Mazda3 BP Hatchback came from the factory with 19mm lug nuts. 21mm is the standard for most Mazdas in North America over the past couple of generations though.
