The 2014 Mazda6 comes with a 2.5L I4 engine and has an oil capacity of about 4.8 quarts and the type of oil You'll likely want to be using is SAE 0W-20. Keep in mind that when You perform an oil change You'll also want to swap out the filter and a couple of examples of compatible filter types are a FRam PH6607, WiX57002, and a Mobil 1 M1-108. It's mostly a matter of preference and they're all good brands with affordable prices. While the capacity iS4.8 quarts You should try to fill it up just a little bit less than that and give it about 4.5 quarts because You don't want to risk having it overflow. -

It is recommended to use full synthetic 0w-20 motor oil for a 2014 mazda 6.
