The Mazda CX5 does not have a power steering fluid location because it is powered by an EPS steering application. The EPS uses a bi-directional brushless motor and sensor to provide steering assistance and it does not use any type of fluid to help move the wheels. You can find the motor underneath the driver's feet on the steering column. You will have to remove the steering wheel molding to gain access. The cost for a replacement electric motor will range from $80 - $120 depending on if You purchase an OEM or aftermarket part. Installation is easy as well but You will have to wire the motor to the wiring harness before installing the product. The price if You take it to the dealership or mechanic will be greater and ranges from $300 - $500 depending on parts and labor required.

The power steering pump on the Mazda cx 5 is in the front of the engine, next to the alternator an air conditioning compressor

Power steering on my CX-5 is electric, not hydraulic. There is no power steering fluid. Yours may be the same.
