The fuse for the radio on a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter is going to be on the interior fuse box. You're going to need to remove the dashboard panel on the driver's side of the vehicle in order to access it. This panel will be on the lower left hand side below the steering wheel but above the gas and brake pedals. Once You get this panELRemove You're going to want to look on the lower right for slot number 13. This is the fuse that You're going to need to change out for the radio.
Yeah but ... It stopped working but there's no fuse in slot 13.

My radio is stuck on mute ! I have changed the fuse , but radio is still stuck on mute . Trued resetting it , but no success!
