The p1361 code for the Honda Accord is for top dead center sensor 1 intermittent interruption. This sensor is a part of the ignition timing system and is needed to Make the car run as well as it can. If you do not have this working then you will notice that you have less power than you normally would and that you are not able to accelerate as fast as normal. If you do not fix this then you will run the risk of damaging your engine, which will take a moderate repair and turn it into a very expensive major repair. Having this looked at and repaired should not cost you more than a couple of hundred dollars, so don't just ignore it.

This is a top dead center sensor. If your car runs it probably does not run well if this sensor is bad. If the car runs well clear the code and see if the code reappears
