Dodge recommends using ATF +4 for the power steering fluid on a 2005 Dodge Ram 1500. For the best results You should be using Dodge's Mopar brand ATF +4. This will be extremely easy to find and You may already have some since this is the same thing You will use for the transmission fluid on this vehicle.
