It will be very cheap to replace the battery on the key fob for a 2018 Nissan Rogue. You'll need to use a CR2032 battery and these are only going to cost between $8 and $13 each. You can sometimes find a pair of them for around $15 depending on where You shop. Watch out for buying low quality batteries from Chinese companies.

Just did this myself. Watch the YouTube video. I bought two C2032 batteries from Home Depot for $8.00. Dealer will charge $25 per fob.

The replacement cost for a 2018 Nissan Rogue key fob battery is less than 10 dollars generally and can be installed by the driver.
