If Your Toyota Camry's yaw sensor fails, You'll get an illuminated traction control system fault light on Your dashboard. If Your diagnostics lead You to replacing the sensor, You'll take quite a hit to the wallet -- the part is expected to cost upwards of $350. However, finding it is much simpler than paying for it. In most model years of the Camry, You'll find the part located underneath the driver's seat, near the center console. It's fitted directly into the floorboard, and You'll see an electrical harness coming off of it. Though it's not required that You remove the seat, You may need to put the seat in the forward-most position in order to gain meaningful access; the swap is relatively simple from here.

The Toyota Camry yaw rate sensor is located under the driver or passenger seat, mounted on the level floorboard.
