Since the factory defaults often rust, it can make sense to pick up some stainless steELReplacements. It's probably overkill for Your purposes, but You can pick up a box of 100 of these for around $17. Of course, if You also need the license plate bracket, that's gonna be a bit more cash: those retail for around $38 from the official Toyota Parts site --- and funnily enough, don't include the screws! Now might be a good opportunity to bling out the frame a bit, when You replace the screws!
