The 2002 Chevrolet Suburban doesn't have a fuel pump reset switch (also known as an inertia switch). Instead, there's a security system that shuts off fuel to the injectors. To reset this system, put Your key in the ignition and turn it to the ON position, but don't start the engine. Let the vehicle sit for about 10 minutes, just leaving it there in the ON position. After the ten minutes, try starting Your vehicle. If it starts, then You know there was an issue with the Passlock system. If it doesn't, You'll have to bring it in to a dealer, or install a bypass module to circumvent the security system.
