The 2003 Chevy Impala headlamp relay is located in the left instrument panel fuse box. If You are running into problems with the headlamps not working, the relay may need to be replaced. Typical pricing is $20 to $25. It is also possible that there is an issue with the voltage within the circuit. In this case, the relay may work but due to the lack of voltage there is no power to it. There are also fuses for the individual low and high headlamps. They are both located in the upper box in the engine compartment on the passenger side. These are a part of a headlamp ground circuit for which the high beam is via a dimmer switch and the low beam is through the main headlamp relay.
