The turn signal relay in a 2006 Chevy Equinox can be found above the brake pedal in the fuse panel that is located under the dash on the driver's side of the SUV. This relay is what distributes power to the turn signals and allows them to flash when You turn them or the emergency flashers on. Usually if Your turn signals are on permanently or will not turn on then that is a sign that the relay is bad and will need to be replaced. If this does not solve the problem then You will want to check the actual flasher module itself to make sure that it is in tact and free from any damage.

The turn signal relay for a 2006 chevy equinox can be found at the top center of the console. You will need a panel tool to remove it and access it.
