The 2006 Chevrolet Uplander has a blend door actuator that can be found in the area below the dash of the car, close to the floorboard. Some of the signs You may experience when Your actuator is bad include a persistent ticking sound behind the dashboard, particularly occurring when You start the engine. It can also occur when You have Your air conditioning settings stopped at a warmer temperature, or vice versa, and have Your heater set at a cooler temperature. If You need to replace the actuator, You can expect to pay between $67 and $93 for parts, and up to $70 to $140 for labor.
Thanks but there are 2 (maybe 3 ) modules located in same area . One of them i am sure is a mode operator which one though is the blend door actuator?
