The AUX input for a 2008 Ford Edge is going to be located in the center console. You'll need to open it up and then reach down inside a bit. It will be on the corner. This port will be a 3.5mm port so You're going to need to use a 3.5 cord if You want to plug any device in to Your vehicle using this. Once You do connect Your device move over to Your radio and You'll see a button that is labeled AUX. Pressing this button will put Your radio in to AUX mode and You'll be able to stream Your music through it.

An auxiliary input, for an ipod or other mp3 player, is mounted in the center console, next to a powerpoint.
