The 2011 Ford F-150 fuel filter is located inside the gas tank. The expected cost for a Ford F-150 fuel pump replacement is between $554 and $765. Labor costs are quoted between $205 and $257 while parts are priced between $358 and $518. Having the fuel burn efficiently is the key to maximizing Your miles per gallon. Your gas tank needs to be in the beSTShape. You will come into problems at some point. A faulty control valve may arise. The gas tank can become loose. There could be gas leaks, which need to be looked into pronto. The gas cap can become stuck and will be quite a hassle to deal with.

The fuel filter for the ford f150 is inside the gas tank and is a lifetime filter which should not be replaced unless the fuel pump requires replacing as well.
