The turn signal relay for Your 2011 Ford F-150 can be found in the steering column behind a plastic panel that You will need to remove to access it. If Your turn signals are not working it is commonly a problem with the relay and You will want to test or replace it to see if it fixes the problems. Another common problem with the turn signals could be that the bulbs are dead in the housings. That will lead to them not working. Usually You will get a notification on Your dash when there is a problem with the turn signals. You can always test them easily by using Your signal stock or hazard flashers.

The turn signal relay is located in front of the steering column and is behind that part. You have to remove the dash to access it.
