The 2016 Ford F-250 cabin air filter is located behind the glove compartment. You will come across a few annoying noises from the air conditioner. Loose mounting bolts will become a nuisance. A bad compressor will get noisy. Too much Freon will make this happen. These sounds need to be look into quickly or You will lose Your mind. Being a sweaty mess is never a great time. That's why the air conditioner needs to be in top shape. You will face issues with this part at some time. The motor might become faulty. An inaccurate thermostat could arise. A nasty odor from the vents will cause problems with Your comfort. A fan may become loose. A Freon leak will cause You to sweat.

Frank L is correct, no cabin filter to replace in the 2016 F250. The popular answer is not always the correct answer. 🙂

For the 2016 ford f-250, you'll find the cabin air filter in a tray located in the interior of the vehicle on the passenger side. The glove box and the plastic frame behind it must be removed to reveal the honeycomb plastic cover that the air filter sits behind.

If the 2016 F250/350 have a cabin air filter why are you providing information for removing it on an F150. The 2016 Super Duty DOES NOT HAVE ONE!
