The 2019 Chevy Impala houses its cigarette lighter inside the console towards the middle of the dashboard. It should be located very close to the two USB ports. The lighter can be accessed by snapping back the plastic cover. Once You pull the cover back, You should be able to see the lighter. If You still cant locate it, consult Your owner's manual. It should point out exactly where the lighter is located. If Youve purchased a used Impala, the lighter may have been removed by the previous user. Fret not, as You can easily purchase and install a replacement, with spares usually going for as low as $20. When using this accessory, be careful not to drop it on the chain, as that could lead to burning.

Not true. It's in the back of the center console (back seat area beneath the vents)

There's also one inside the center console next to the two USB ports. Just need to flip open the cover (black plastic).
