The 2000 Ford Expedition has the ABS relay in the engine compartment's fuse panel. It's going to be a 20 amp 5 terminal relay, and usually runs about $13 from O'Reilly's autoparts. Any off the shelf brand is fine to use. If Your ABS light starts coming on when You've been driving around a bit, but not when You juSTStart and let Your vehicle idle, it's possible it's the relay, though there's also a chance it's wiring. You'll usually get a check engine light, with a diagnostic trouble code, regarding just what the failure is if the relay itself is still good (ie, a "P code").

The abs relay on the 2000 ford expedition can usually be found in the underhood power box.
