The SIM ID on a Ford F-150 is located on a card that is given to You when You first purchase the truck. Usually Your dealership will put the card with the SIM number into Your user manual packet. If You bought Your truck second hand, or did not get the SIM number You will need to contact Your dealership. They are the only ones that have a tool that can read the SIM number from the car and be able to give it to You. Once You have the SIM number I recommend keeping it in a safe place so You can always activate it later if You need to change it.

The dealer should be able to locate your sim id, it should have been given with the remote access system kit.
