The fuELRail pressure sensor on a Ford Fiesta 1.4 TDCiis located on top of the engine next to the oil cap on the passenger side. First thing You have to do is remove the engine cover. It is held in with four bushings, grab below it with two hands in pull it up firmly. The fuELRail is under pressure and it will need to be relieved otherwise fuel can spray in Your eyes if You try to remove the sensor. To relieve the pressure remove the fuel pump fuse from the engine compartment fuse box. Start the engine and allowed to run until it dies. Wait a couple minutes and then try starting the engine again and allow it to die, repeat this until the car will not start. There may be a little pressure left in the system but You can go ahead and remove the sensor.

The fuel rail pressure sensor is along the fuel rail, in the middle of the engine bay.
