The fuel filter on the 2013 Toyota Corolla is located under the back seat hatch. Before You even play with this, You should disconnect Your battery. Then, You can pry open the seat hatch, and You'll see a white assembly flanged with a black collar. To take it out, You'll need to unplug the electrical connectors and push them out of the way, and then You'll want to disconnect the fuel line connected to it. Note that this will definitely leak fuel, so it's recommended to have some rags ready. When You've remove the line and wires, You can just unscrew it from the collar and replace the whole assembly or just the filter.
