The 2008 Toyota Camry's fuel pump relay should be found under the engine bay's main fuse box. It can be accessed by unbolting a 10 mm fastener from the fender wall and electrical box. It is called the "c/opn relay" and is plugged next to the Camry's "efi relay". The FP relay is responsible for controlling the electrical power to the fuel pump. Signs it needs replacing include a no start, stalling or a silent FP when the key is turned to the "on" position. If the relay has completely failed, a driver can crank, but not fire the engine because the pump is not switched on. If it is intermittently failing, the car may stall and then start later on. Cost of replacing is under $20 and can be repaired by the owner by consulting the owner's manual.
