The fuel pump relay in the 2011 Toyota Corolla will be located on the far right side of the engine compartment on the driver's side of the vehicle. It will be near the side panel close to the battery terminals and it is in between the air filter assembly and the battery. The relay will be in position one which is on the lower side of the fuse panel and to remove it You will need a fuse removal tool or a flat head screwdriver. If You replace this and it does not fix the issue You can check the next relay which is the MFI that could be causing You to not get power to the fuel pump. The cost for a fuel pump relay will range from $5 - $20 depending on the brand and quality of the product.
