Your fuse box on Your 2006 Toyota Highlander is going to be found under the hood of Your vehicle, in the engine, on the driver's side, in a rectangular black box. If You lift the lid, You'll see a well etched diagram showing the fuse numbers, function, and location. To access these, You'll need to first pop the hood of Your vehicle: There's often a lever below the steering wheel, to the left, if You're sitting in the driver's seat. You can purchase a set of 50-100 car fuses for under $10 on Amazon, if You feel that You are going to be replacing some of these soon.
