There are different locations for different fuse boxes on the 2004 Ford Explorer. One location is below the instrument panel on the driver side of the vehicle. Another location is in the engine compartment on the driver side and towards the back. Then there is a auxiliary relay box that is on the front right fender well. The fuse box is the central hub of the vehicle's electrical system. Some of the labels for the fuses in the box for the one inside the vehicle include 20A for the heated seats and moonroof, 10A for the right horn and 15A for the heated mirrors. For the ones in the engine compartment some are 30A for the rear defrost and 40A for the blower motor.
