The idle air control valve for a 2004 Toyota Sienna cane be found on the throttle body. This part is going to be part of the air intake system which will be mostly centered all around the throttle body. These valves are going to be pretty inexpensive to replace with a brand new OEM part costing between $40 and $60. If You want to go ahead and take this in to a shop for the repair the total cost of parts and labor is going to range in between $250 and $450.
