There are two O2 sensors on the 2006 Toyota Corolla, so You'll need to figure out which one You want to replace. Typically, if You're getting a code about it, it's going to be the one located under the car in the exhaust pipe, and not the one You can see in the engine compartment when You open the hood. To access it, You'll have to pull back the carpet on the left side of the passenger side floor. Note that the 2006 Corollas had a high failure rate for the Engine Control Units (ECUs) and would occasionally report codes like Fuel Too Lean and other O2 indicators, when in fact it's the ECU itself that's bad. If replacing the sensor doesn't solve the issue You're having, consider troubleshooting with this in mind next.

The 1st sensor is nearest to the engine and the last one is located at the back of the exhaust system. Generally, if we're talking about o2 sensors: sensor 1 = before catalytic converter front (o2 sensor upstream) sensor 2 = after catalytic converter rear (o2 sensor downstream)
