If You've had trouble locating the power steering fluid reservoir in the 2013 Toyota Highlander it is because there is no fluid required in this vehicle. It comes with an electrical power steering pump which just uses electricity from Your system to operate. Many people prefer this option as there is no need to purchase fluid and it has no belts or hoses which are prone to failures. -

The power steering fluid location on a 2013 toyota highlander is on the engine inside a reservoir with a cap that says power steering fluid on it.
