There are 2 fuses that power the Factory radio in Your 2004 Toyota Corolla. Under the Hood is Fuse marked "DOME" and Inside the interior Fuse Panel is Fuse marked "CIG". The interior fuse box is under the dash by the steering wheel. The under the hood fuse box is on the driver's side. I would start with the interior fuse. The fuse in position 32 (15 Amp). Changing the fuse is a simple task. You can tell if the fuse has blown by looking at the filaments visible in its little window. Before You open or work on a fuse box, be sure that Your vehicles ignition is turned off.

2004 toyota corolla radio fuse location is under the lefthand side of the dash between the steering wheel and the door. It is high up and partially obscured by wires running over the top of the panel. The panel is about 1"x4" black with the fuse locations printed on the outside of the panel.
