As the owner of a Toyota Highlander, You may have found Yourself trying to find the rear washer fluid reservoir, without success. It is fairly easy to find, and will take around 4 to 6 minutes of Your time. The first thing You will need to do is go to the front, not the back, of Your vehicle. Lift the hood, and secure it in place using the prop arm found on the passenger side of the engine bay. Now, take a look into the engine compartment, toward the area nearest the wiper blades. You should be able to see a white, somewhat transparent reservoir, with a cap sporting a water symbol. This is Your windshield wiper fluid reservoir. The rear wiper reservoir should be next to it.

No tank for back washer. No water comes out. Filled only tank on car.
