The first thing You're going to want to check on the 2007 Chevrolet Tahoe if Your dashboard instrument cluster lights aren't working is going to be the 10 amp IPC fuse and 10 amp AUX HVAC-IGN fuses in the fuse panel under Your hood in the engine compartment. These can blow, and they're under $10 to replace. However, if they have blown, You need to figure out what part of Your electrical system is responsible. If the fuses are fine, the next thing to check are the wires, especially the ground cable, as that seems to work its way lose more than You'd expect. Beyond looking those, it's not unheard of for the PCB controlling the cluster to itself fail.

If the dash lights are not working on a 2007 chevy tahoe the most likely problem are blown fuses or a bad ground cable.

I had the same issue as you and it was the 10 amp fuse kept blowing so I put a 15 amp fuse in to try to track down the problem and then ended up finding two shorted wires that go to the passenger visor light. After removing those wires and rewiring that part of the harness my 10 amp fuse no longer blows and the dash lights are staying on
