The most common reason for the dashboard lights to stop working in the 2014 Chevy Impala is a blown fuse. This is a very easy fix that You can take care of on Your own. There are multiple fuse boxes in the Impala. The one with the fuse for the instrument panel is in the engine compartment. If You're standing at the front bumper and looking at the vehicle, the box will be on the driver's side above the wheel well. It should be fuse 54. You can verify this and find out the amperage for the fuse You need by looking at the diagram on the inside cover of the box. If this isn't the problem, it's likely a burnt out lightbulb. You should also check to make sure the dimmer switch hasn't been bumped by accident. This actually happens fairly often. In rare cases, there may be an electrical issue or the instrument cluster needs to be replaced.
