If Your 2007 Ford F-150 brake warning light stays on in Your truck that means that Your brake pads have worn down to the wear sensor. When the sensor touches Your brake rotor it will complete the circuit and turn on the brake warning light on Your dash. If You did not replace Your brake pads with ones that have sensors in them that will also cause the light to stay on since the circuit will always be open. There is no way to clear the light other than replacing the pads and sensors. The brake system is very important to Your truck because it is the only way that it can stop, so do not ignore warning lights related to it.

If your brake light is constantly on try and reset it. To reset the abs brake warning light, manually, the key needs to be in the ignition switch and turned forward to the run position, which is located directly before the start position.
