If You notice an oil leak on the passenger side of Your engine block in Your Chevy Cruze that is most likely caused by one of two things. The most likely thing is that it is a problem with the oil pan. The pan has been known to crack in the past and that could be it. If Your oil leak is from higher up then it is most likely a valve cover gasket. These gaskets are just rubber and do fail from time to time due to the high heat conditions inside Your engine. If this is leaking You will usually see oil dripping down the entire side of the engine block.
