As the owner of a Toyota Tacoma, you may be experiencing a problem with a leaking window in the rear of your vehicle. This usually has a somewhat easy fix. First, you should check the weather seal, which extends along the length of the window fRame. This seal is meant to keep wind and moisture out, so if water is leaking into the interior of your window, you may have a worn or damaged seal. If it needs to be replaced, you will pay between $40 and $80, on average. If you discover a gap between your window glass and fRame, you will need to remove the window entirely, and put it back in. If there is a small gap at the seal, you can fill it with sealant.

First, i'd do a very focused (high pressure / tight pattern) water hose test to verify the location of the leak. I'd start by hitting the window everywhere *except* the area of the joint you suspect (in case that's where the water is getting out of the frame, but not where it's getting in). If there's an opening or breach between the slider glass and the window frame, i'd guess you're going to have to remove the window to try and fix it. If it's a hole or gap in the window frame itself, some sealant should take care of it. The slider weatherstrip has a convoluted profile, and there's always the chance it's cracked or warped in the vicinity of that corner.
