If Your Toyota RAV4 has water leaking on the passenger side floor that is usually a sign of a problem with the AC condenser line being clogged. If the line gets clogged and filled up it can back up and leak out from under the dash onto the passenger side floor. If You notice this I recommend blowing out Your AC condensation lines with compressed air. Usually this will be able to remove any blockages. You can also inspect the end of the line that is under the vehicle and make sure it is free from debris. There can also be interior leaks in Your car when the window and door gaskets fail. This can lead to water making it in through a damaged gasket and lead to a puddle on the floor.

If you notice a water leak on the passenger side floor the first things to check are the seals on the windows and sunroof. If they are good then the next is the hvac system that is located under the dash on the passenger side.
