The 2010 Lincoln Navigator heated seating may suddenly stop working due to faulty electrical connections or more commonly, a blown fuse. When the seats are activated drivers may experience an illuminated green "on" button that powers off almost immediately and is followed by a lack of the heating/cooling function. To diagnose, look under hood in the engine compartment on the drivers side of the bay. The fuse box is against the firewall. The heating/cooling functions are controlled by a #12 30 amp fuse. Use the included diagram under the lid or the owner's manual to verify the electrical plug number. Alternatively, wiring below the front of the seat or within the seatback may be broken or frayed. In most cases, however, if one or more seats are affected at the same time, it is due to a blown plug.
