A horn that isn't working in a 2011 Nissan Sentra can be due to many reasons such as a bad horn cil, a faulty horn switch in the steering wheel, a broken clock spring in the steering wheel, bad horn relay , or a damaged wire / corroded ground. The first thing You want to check is the fuse and the relay. You will be able to find these in the fuse panel inside the engine bay. You can then move on to the horn and use an ohm meter to see if Your getting power. If You jump the horn and the fuse blows You will know You have a bad horn. Then You can check the wires as well as the steering wheel base to see if anything looks damaged.
