There are myriad reasons why Your 2013 Chevrolet Equinox's bluetooth (BT) isn't working. I guess my first question to You is, did it ever If not, You'll need to go ahead and pair it, which is a different question entirely. Assuming You already had it paired and working, and the infotainment console itself is functioning (You've already checked fuses if it isn't, etc), then there are a few things we can look at. The first thing You should do is turn off BT on both the vehicle and Your mobile, and then turn back on, and repair both devices, after You've restarted (or cycled, in the case of Your Equinox) them. You should also check Your signal strength; make sure there isn't something that's disrupting that frequency range. In severe cases, the communication interface module requires replacing by Your dealer. If You've tried everything, one thing You can do is in Your radio settings, go to the Software Versions menu and do a clear and reset of the radio there. Sometimes, that brings the BT back. Also, in a similar vein, You can disconnect Your battery for an hour or so and see if that helps. If none of it does, though, it's time to take it in.

If your bluetooth is not working a problem may be caused by your 2013 chevy equinox system's software. Make sure it's updated.
