If You've got the air conditioning blasting on Your 2015 Dodge Durango, but You're only getting cold air from the back vents and not the front ones, Your firSTSuspicion is going to be the blower, and You may be correct. The blower motor or the A/C vent actuators are prime suspects and often the culprits. But on this Durango, there's actually a more common reason for this particular issue, and that's a blown fuse. Yup, something that simple! Pop open the fuse control panel in the cabin (not the one that's in the engine compartment) and check fuse F13. That little bugger's the one for the front. For under $5 and the time it's taken You to pull it, You might be able to sort this and regain a balanced chill.
Ok so i have a similar issue, my Durango also 15 at random times stops blowing air out the front vents, everything else works, defrost, foot vents, rear AC, it all works, ONLY the front vents stop, so we park for a few mins maybe grab a bite or a drink and come back and works fine again, any one with a fix or similar issue like mine?? Help!?

The top answer is wrong and right I’ve been having the 2015 Durango for 2 years and I guarantee you its the whole fuse box you can play with it to make it come on but remember f13 and if it doesn’t fuse box 📦

If the air conditioning, defroster, or the heater, otherwise known as the climate control system, on the 2015 dodge durango is not working, then either the fan is not getting power, or the control motor is broken.

In reply to Julio Paiz: 'm no mechanic just had a similar issue. If you have not already fixed your problem, it sounds like it's your blower motor. Next time you're in the car and it happens give it a few taps. It's located under your glove box.

Already tried fuse but the fuse looks like it’s in good condition it’s not that but front blower doesn’t work all the time it randomly stops working
