There are many reasons that could cause the screen in a 2015 Nissan Altima to not work. The circuit board could have a malfunction like a blown resistor or a bad chip. There could be an electrical connection that has become disconnected. The LCD screen may be bad or has an electrical short. There has been reported instances of a progRamming issue causing the display to stop working, an update fixed it. It is possible that there is a blown fuse, check the passenger compartment fuse box to verify that the radio fuse is good or not. The ECU may have a malfunction and cutting power to the screen. I would advise takeng Your car to the dealer to have them investigate the issue.

The 2015 nissan altima touch screen can be reset by holding the power button until it turns off. Then hold it again to turn it back on.
