The most common reason for steering wheel controls not working on a 2015 Dodge Ram 1500 is going to be the clock spring. You might have other symptoms as well, such as the SRS/Airbag light coming on, no sound when hitting the horn, and noises coming from the steering column. Note that the SRS/Airbag light turning on means you no longer have a functioning air bag. It's pretty important you get this addressed, is what I'm saying. Typical cost to replace this is going to be about $400, with parts running around $300 and the labor being around $100.
